Now that I’m a stay at home mom I’ve found that I actually have time to send those thank-you notes that I always want to send but somehow usually put off until it’s so late the person probably wouldn’t even remember why I was thanking them in the first place. So with this new-found time, I thought Jackson was old enough to make his own thank-you instead of me writing one for him. I created a template to print and color. He’s only 2 and can’t write yet, but I thought he COULD color one. So I created a template to print whenever he needs to send a thank you. He loves to color it, put it in the envelope and take it to the mailbox, and it teaches him manners.
I’ve created the template as a Fill-in PDF. There is a block of text field on each one where you can type in a detailed message before printing. If you leave it blank, nothing will show up. It should be highlighted for you to view, but if not, just click your mouse in the blank area and you should see the curser show up.
Just print it on card-stock paper, cut into four (cut on/near gray dotted line), then let the child color away. Once the coloring job is complete, mail it in a standard invite envelope 4-3/8 X 5-3/4.
If you are interested in a different image, drop me a note and I’ll see what I can do for you.
